The other day we were in the car and I could hear Sophie and Porter talking in the back seat.
Sophie: I hope one day someone will have a cure for your diabetes.
Porter: What is a cure?
Sophie: Something that will take your diabetes away... so you don't have it anymore.
But even if they don't find a cure you won't have it forever, you won't have it in heaven.
Porter: I know... because of what Jesus did.
And I silently cried in the front seat. Grateful for my children. Grateful for their testimonies. Grateful for my Savior.
