my Dad's work

Porter and friend Max were playing out on the porch with legos.  

This was their conversation that Ryan happened to overhear:

Max: What does your Dad do for work?
Porter: Works hard!
Max: But what does he do?
Porter: Brings home the money!
Max: Yeah, but what is his job?
Porter: Helping people.
Max: Is he a doctor?
Porter: No.... Well, actually yeah he is!



After Max left Ryan had the opportunity to share with Porter what he really does to "bring home the money"!  Porter admitted that he knew his Dad wasn't a doctor, but he wasn't exactly sure what Ryan did at the bank all day- and a doctor just sounded good at the time.  He was pleased to find out that even though his Dad doesn't help sick people, he does help people with their businesses... and that was almost as good!! :)
