i had to start with that photo.... cause it's just so cute!
anyway, saturday afternoon/evening it began snowing...
... and it must have snowed all night because we woke up sunday to this:
before church all the men in our circle were out helping each other clear the snow from driveways and walks. the kids wanted to help so i let them clear the snow off our back porch. they worked hard for about 10 minutes and then were back inside for cocoa and eggs.
today though the kids went crazy in the snow, but before they did I had to take the traditional "all bundled up and ready to play in the first major snowstorm snow photo." i don't know why, but it just makes me laugh to see them look like marsh mellows in their gear! probably because beneath it all i know are only just two little 35 lb. bodies!
