My kids use the terms "worst day of my life," and "best day of my life" very loosely. For example, if Sophie finds a nickel on the ground she might say it's the "best day of her life!" If I make blueberry muffins for breakfast Porter might refer to the day as the "best of his life."
One thing they both agree on is that any day filled with errands is without a doubt, most definitely, the "worst day of their lives!"
So this morning when Jack put my Friday afternoon To-do list of errands through the shredder they rejoiced merrily...
Oh well, it was a better day for kites anyway...
