The other day my brother and I took the kids to the park. As soon as Porter saw Don on his longboard he wanted nothing to do with slides and swings! Though Porter could only sit and roll himself back and forth with his feet, it was enough to bring smiles and his signature belly laugh. Later, he and Sophie discovered those little dandelion puffs... you know the ones you blow on and send a million little weed seeds flying. Once those were discovered the skating was abandoned and we spent the rest of the time hunting dandelions.

I LOVE the picture of Porter sitting on the board with his collar up and his spikey hair all stylin! You'll have to let me know how your Mother's Day pesto pasta turned out! I'm not sure Dave can handle cooking in pots...he stuck to the grill, but no complaints here!
Porter has a look of deep satisfaction. As if he has finally discovered the thing he has been searching for all his life. So fun.
Wow! Porter is a little Ryan and Sophie is a little Kelsey! Especially in these pictures. Cute kids! Looks like a fun day.
