Update

So even with all the new experiences and adjustments, our everyday life has still rolled right along. Here is what we have been up to...

sophie:
sewing projects
home school
trying ice skating and loving it
planning for her bday party
"hugs and kisses"- a phrase said and given to Ryan or I anytime we leave the house
bedtime routine- 20 minutes to tuck stuffed animals and dolls into their spots
gymnastics
ever creating and crafting

porter:
loving his new lego star wars t-shirt.. wears it every day it's not in the laundry, and if it is, pulls it out and tries to wear it anyway.
looking forward to spring baseball
after being reprimanded at the table for the tenth time for fake burping... exclaimed in the most sincere way that he thinks he must have a burp infection.
sometimes rocks the injections, sometimes struggles

jack:
speaks in the third person- "jack do it."
everything and anything that resembles fire or is red is "hot lava"
Little tough guy. Anytime he takes a spill or bumps his head... immediately says, "I'm ok." (Even with tears in his eyes sometimes.)
Compliments me daily on my cooking... "delicious mommy."
Loves singing and is quite good at catching the lyrics to songs heard once or twice.
tu- tu, ta-ta- game he invented and named. Throwing all the couch cushions on the floor and jumping on them joyfully.
"nose crying"- phrase he uses to let me know his nose is running

ryan:
loving me
building garden boxes
herriman economic committee
riverton chamber of commerce
work
early morning basketball
dodgeball league... yes dodgeball, you read that right
audio books galore
